Safety in the Home

The primary role of a chimney sweep is to aid the prevention of chimney fires and reduce the risk of dangerous fume emissions from blocked heating application, flueways and chimneys.

Our services include:

• Sweeping all chimney flues including wood burners, Inglenook, Aga’s and traditional fires. N.A.C.S registered
• Removing birds’ nests from chimneys/pots
• Fitting chimney cowls and re-point chimney stacks
• Capping redundant chimneys to prevent rain and damp getting in
• Carrying out smoke tests to flues to make sure they are safe
• Installing wood/log burners (Hetas registered)

We cover all carpets with dust sheets, the hearths are sealed to prevent soot entering into the room and chimneys are swept with traditional brush and vacuum cleaner.
